Shipping Policy

Hi!

We know shipping is really expensive and we're really sorry! Wolfy sews the collars together by hand in Australia and prices are set by Auspost. We're doing our best to find better alternatives, but for now, the following flat fees apply:

Free if you happen to meet one of us IRL and purchase it directly in person
$17 if you live within Australia
$25 for international postage
Shipping prices are now calculated automatically at checkout! If you're in Australia you even get to choose standard or express.

At the moment, those prices are actually less than what we actually pay, so our sales margins are currently helping subsidise your postage. If we can get enough sales to get a better shipping deal, then we'll lower shipping prices accordingly.

NOTE: Some countries charge an extra import tax and/or customs fee. This is charged directly to the customer and we have no control over it, nor are we able to pre-pay it for you.

AMERICANS, PLEASE READ:

We have made the unfortunate decision to stop sales in the US as we would have to pay an extra tariff. We hope to be able to sell to the US in the future, but for now we don't.
